Dr. Ben Illigens
Dr. Ben Illigens is a neuroscientist (MD) with more than 15 years of international experience at the intersection of medicine, technology, and global health. He has held senior leadership roles in clinical research, data science, and digital health, and is the author of over 80 peer-reviewed publications. At Data4Life, Ben’s focus is on advancing interoperable platforms, precision medicine, and global health research through innovation and collaboration.
Roksana Lichte
Roksana is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of international experience across finance, accounting, human resources, and organizational development. She has a proven track record in building and optimizing structures and processes in national and international environments. At Data4Life, Roksana focuses on strengthening the organization's financial and operational foundations to support sustainable growth and impact.
Peter Hoffmann
Peter Hoffmann is a technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering, product development, and global team leadership. He joined Data4Life in 2019 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2022, serving as Head of Engineering Asia and Co-CTO since 2024. At Data4Life, Peter focuses on scaling technology platforms, strengthening global engineering collaboration, and driving innovation in digital health.
Sebastian Woinar
Sebastian Woinar is a technology executive with expertise in digital health, interoperability, artificial intelligence, and secure health data infrastructures. He joined Data4Life in 2019, becoming part of the Management Board as VP of Engineering in 2022 and Co-CTO in 2024. At Data4Life, Sebastian focuses on advancing scalable health technologies, interoperability, data quality, and privacy-preserving solutions.
